Companion Program

Companion services could be beneficial to an individual who lives alone and needs some help with day to day tasks. Companions also allow family caregivers to work or spend time on other activities while having the peace of mind knowing that their loved one has company and supervision. Our Companions are screened and put through a background check.

They can perform the following tasks:

  • Respite
  • Elderly Companionship & Conversation
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Running Errands
  • Laundry
  • Meal Preparation/Planning
  • Pet care
  • Assist with evening tuck in/Morning wake up
  • Arranging Apppointments
  • Medication Reminders
  • Dropping off/Picking up prescriptions
  • Accompany on Walks
  • Mail Correspondence
  • Shopping
  • Stimulating Mental Awareness
  • Help with Entertaining
  • Playing Games
  • Reading Books/Newspaper/Magazines
